Basic Vinyasa Yoga: A gentle 60 minute Vinyasa yoga class emphasizing proper alignment and technique. This beginner’s class will cultivate body awareness, flexibility and strength while slowly working through a basic Vinyasa flow.

Hour of Power: A great workout that challenges the body, mind and spirit. This 60 minute class steps up the pace of flow while integrating core strength, balance and flexibility. This class is a great addition to any fitness program or training regime.

Power Vinyasa Yoga: A vigorous 75 minute practice designed to take you to your edge. In this class you will move, sweat and experience new openings in hips and shoulders while developing core strength and overall flexibility. Recommended for those who are in relatively good physical condition.

* All classes are based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method. This is an active form of yoga that connects breath and movement. It improves strength, flexibility and functional stability throughout the entire body while promoting an overall sense of relaxation and well being.

** Classes take place in a heated room (approx. 80-85 degrees); this allows the muscles to relax and experience a greater range of motion, reduces tension and muscle soreness, helps relieve stress, back and joint pain and releases toxins. Please bring water and a towel; mats, blocks and straps provided.
